All LipSense and SeneGence items are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. You can exchange any new, unopened items at anytime within 6 months of the purchase date. Once an item is received and used we allow exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving the product. If you do not love a color- we will exchange it for you, or offer you a store credit for a future LipSense purchase. SeneGence exchanges and returns are only accepted from items that have been purchased from our company. If you have an item you purchased elsewhere please contact the distributor you purchased from for their exchange and return policies. Shipping charges may apply. 

**Please Note all Sale, Discounted, Limited Edition, Retired or Discontinued colors are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. **

ALL REGULAR PRICED CLOTHING; EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR ALTERNATE COLORS, SIZES, AND OTHER ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, OR CAN BE RETURNED FOR A STYLETYME.COM STORE CREDIT.  

All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any damage, with all the original tags attached. Please check the item for deodorant, lipstick, make-up or any other stains before returning, items that are not in new condition, free of stains and damage will not be accepted. For returns or exchanges to be accepted you must contact our returns department, returns@styletyme.com within 48 hours of order delivery. You will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) code via email, please follow the instructions listed in your RA email. Items must be received no later than 14 days after delivered. Items that do not have an RA code or fail to meet the listed requirements will be refused. STYLETYME is not responsible for lost returns. STYLETYME will only accept items shipped via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX in a sealed box, or Padded Bubble Mailer. If your shipment has been damaged in transit it will be refused. Customers are responsible for all return/ exchange shipping charges. Store Credits are valid for 180 days after issued. Store credits issued for styletyme.com boutique purchases cannot be used for SeneGence products.
